Al Amin is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK and also an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is also a member of International Bar Association. He is the founder Chief Executive Officer of FM Consulting International since its inception.
Al Amin looks after the Business Process Services. He also advises clients on mergers, dissolutions and acquisitions, onshore/offshore tax planning and consultation. He has over 11 years post qualification experience in Bangladesh, India and United Kingdom. He has spent most of this period in top positions in the field of business advisory services. Besides he has also been a member of the faculty of a number of top tier universities in MBA and EMBA programs as adjunct faculty and has got several publications including books.
Al Amin advises/d major clients which includes several Fortune 500 companies including Cisco Systems, Excelerate Energy, General Electric, Wells Fargo,. His other client base includes Microsoft, Rolls Royce Power, Levi Strauss (LeviS), Nippon Express, Syngenta, Turkish Airlines, etc. Besides, he has worked on several projects of ADB, World Bank, JETRO, etc.
Al Amin sits in several companies as an independent member of the board of directors.

A H M Belal Chowdhury is a Director in FM Consulting International. He is also serving as the Director of the Legal services provider sister concern of FM Consulting International namely, FM Associates. Mr. Chowdhury primarily practices in the field of taxation, mergers and acquisitions, actuarial valuation, financial and legal due diligence, entity set up, accounting, auditing, payroll services of Bangladesh.
Mr. Chowdhury advises several foreign and domestic companies including several Fortune 500 companies in the matters of taxation laws in Bangladesh as well as from global tax perspectives and tax restructuring.
In terms of regular taxation and accounting standards compliance Mr. Chowdhury regularly advises companies like Rolls Royce, Bloomberg BNA, Japan Tobacco International, G4S, Indian Oil, Mahindra and Mahindra, KRONES, Ashok Leyland, Pearson Edexcel, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), General Electric, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation India, Larsen & Toubro etc.
He has represented several MNCs like Ajinomoto Co., Inc., Syngenta Bangladesh Limited in Bangladesh in the High Court Division for their appeal on corporate tax issues against the National Board of Revenue. He was also involved in the largest foreign share transfer in Dhaka Stock Exchange.
He also has represented clients like Sumitomo Corporation, Toshiba and IHI Corporation before the Bangladesh government for the procurement of $4.5 billion power project in Bangladesh.
Mr. Chowdhury has co-authored the Tax and VAT navigator of Bloomberg BNA and is also a regular contributor of international publications like Doing Business in Bangladesh by the World Bank, International Energy Charter.
Mr. Chowdhury is the member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and an Alumni of University of London, University of Northumbria and Faujdarhat Cadet College. He is a member of Association of International Tax Consultants. He is also member of the Income Tax Bar in Bangladesh and has also completed his article-ship under Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He also worked as adjunct Faculty for University of London International Programmes teaching European Union Law.

Hazrat Ali has completed his Chartered Accountancy articleship under Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB ).He has also completed knowledge level of Chartered Accountants degree. Hazrat Ali working as an Assistant Financial Lead in FM Consulting international and regularly advises client on the applicable laws of the country in relation to bookkeeping, Auditing, management audit, tax planning, internal systems assurance and other Rules and regulation regarding Financial and Business planning .

Asif Raihan has completed his Chartered Accountancy articleship from Ahmed Zaker & CO, Chartered Accountants. He is now working as Assistant manager of FM Consulting international and advises on the applicable laws of the country in relation to bookkeeping, management audit, and internal audit. During his course completion period, Asif has gone through practical experience regarding Audit, Consultancy regarding management audit and Tax related services. His major clients were Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank, Practical Action Bangladesh, Rigs Marketing, Nippon Paints Bangladesh Ltd, Kuwait Airways Corporation.
